At Salon Evolution, we function as a hybrid salon, with some Stylists operating as Independent Stylists, managing their own businesses within our space, while others are employees of the salon where they allset thier own prices. 
Regardless of our stylists status, we unite as a cohesive team at Salon Evolution with  inclusion and transparency, ensuring that our pricing remains unaffected by age or gender.
