Salon Evolution will be adhering to all of the safety guidelines of Governor Charlie Baker and the Massachusetts Board of Cosmetology. Our goal is to provide extraordinary service while keeping our staff and clients healthy.

When you arrive please stay in your vehicle and contact the Salon.

If we are unable to answer your call please continue to stay in your vehicle. Someone will be out to guide you on whether to enter.
 The PLEASE NOTE section below entails what you will need to know for being inside the Salon.

Salon Guidelines:


  • 6 feet social distancing with exception of you and your service provider.
  • Please stay home if you are feeling sick.
  • Upon arrival you will need to answer the following questions:

  1. Have you had a cough in the past 14 days?
  2. Have you had a fever within the past 14 days?
  3. Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms in the past 14 days?
  4. Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
  5. Do you have a pending COVID-19 test?

  • If you answer yes to any of the questions above or if your temperature is above 99 degrees we cannot allow you to enter.
  • Please reschedule your appointment if you know that you will not be able to enter.
  • If your stylist suspects that you are sick, they reserve the right to refuse service.
  • Facial Waxing and beard trimming will not be available at this time.




  • All employees of Salon Evolution will be wearing protective face coverings at all times.
  • All clients are required to wear protective face coverings at all times.
  • Client face coverings must follow the guidelines below:

  1. Loop around the ear (we cannot perform services if the mask has a strap that goes around your head).
  2. Disposable or washable: your mask WILL get wet and WILL be stained with hair color.



  • All waiting areas are closed. The following steps will be taken to begin your services:

  1. Please call the salon as you park your vehicle.
  2. We will guide you on whether to enter immediately or wait in your vehicle until your stylist is ready for you.

  • Please arrive alone. NO guests are permitted to enter the salon with you. This includes anyone of any age and all pets (excluding service dogs).
  • Capes will be laundered and disinfected before each client.
  • The following will be temporarily discontinued:

  1. Beverage service. You may bring a beverage with you, however it is not recommended based on the mandate to wear a mask at all times.
  2. No food allowed in the salon.
  3. Magazines have been removed. 

  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the salon. Please wash your hands often.
  • No oversized bags. All personal belongings must remain in your lap during the entire service.
  • Kid’s cuts will only be available to children old enough to be in the salon unsupervised and able to follow all guidelines. Due to a limited amount of people allowed in the salon at one time, we cannot allow parents to accompany small children.
  • There will be a $5 surcharge added to ALL SERVICES due to additional costs needed to reopen following state guidelines.
