We provide the best products and services to all of our clients. However, if you are unhappy with any product that you purchase at Salon Evolution, you have up to 14 days to return the product for store credit towards retail items only with the original sales receipt.
If you are not satisfied with a service that was received, please contact us immediately and we will correct the service within 14 days from the original appointment. Anything beyond the 14 day window, will be considered re-growth and Salon Evolution will correct the service, but there will be a fee.
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during the consultation for any color, cut or waxing service. This is to ensure the client and parent understands the maintenance and pricing involved in any service.
Cancellation and tardy policy
All appointment cancellations require a 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
We greatly appreciate a courtesy phone call if you are running a few minutes late. If you are more that 15 minutes late, we may have to adjust your appointment, or request you to reschedule, while we are accommodating our existing clients for the day.
All appointments that extend for more than two hours may require a 50% deposit. The deposit will then be applied to the service, the day of.
All Bridal Parties, a 50% deposit is required.
