Return and Refunds:
We provide the best products and services to all of our clients. However, if you are unhappy with any product that you purchase at Salon Evolution, you have up to 14 days to return the product for credit towards retail items only. The product must have at least half of its contents remaining in the bottle.
If you are not satisfied with a service that was received, please contact us immediately and we will correct the service within 14 days from the original appointment. Anything beyond the 14 day window will be considered re-growth and Salon Evolution will correct the service, but there will be a fee based on stylist discretion. If you choose to have a correctional service elsewhere, Salon Evolution will not be held responsible.
All sales are final. We do not offer cash, check or credit card refunds.
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during the consultation for any color, cut or waxing service. This is to ensure the client and parent understands the maintenance and pricing involved in any service.
To avoid disappointment, it is advisable to schedule your appointments two weeks in advance. For those who are restricted to evening and weekend appointments we recommend four weeks in advance to ensure you get the time you require. At Salon Evolution we understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled, which we are more than happy to assist you with. We greatly appreciate a courtesy phone call if you are running a few minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
All missed appointments without a 24 hour notice, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. Unless you are having symptoms, a pending Covid test, or have had direct exposure to Covid.
Clients who frequently no show will not have the ability to pre-book all future appointments. Our staff works hard to accommodate all clients including email, text, and phone reminders for scheduled appointments.
